SHIPPING POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through the EdwardMakesArt online store. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Order confirmation does not constitute shipment confirmation. EdwardMakesArt reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high order volume, promotional events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are 13 to 20 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping timeframes are subject to variability due to carrier operations, customs clearance procedures, international transit conditions, weather events, or other logistical factors entirely outside the control of EdwardMakesArt. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Total estimated fulfillment time: 14 to 23 business days from order confirmation.


4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

EdwardMakesArt currently ships to addresses within the United States. Availability of shipping to specific states, territories, or ZIP codes may vary. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. EdwardMakesArt is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.


5. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND TRACKING

Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics carriers selected at EdwardMakesArt's sole discretion. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to the address associated with your order. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment.

EdwardMakesArt acts solely as a merchant and is not a carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, theft after delivery confirmation, or inaccurate carrier tracking data.


6. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order completion. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in cases of return, partial return, or cancellation where permitted. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed as part of any refund issued.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment has been initiated. Once an order has entered the shipment process, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the order will proceed to delivery. To request a pre-shipment cancellation, you must contact us immediately at edwardmakesart@gmail.com. Given the 1–3 business day processing window, cancellation requests submitted after order placement may not be actionable.

EdwardMakesArt does not guarantee the ability to cancel any order and bears no liability for orders that cannot be intercepted prior to shipment.


8. DELIVERY DELAYS — NO REFUND ENTITLEMENT

Delays in delivery caused by carrier operations, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or any other circumstance beyond EdwardMakesArt's direct control do not constitute grounds for a refund, store credit, or any form of compensation. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that shipping timeframes are estimates and that logistical delays are inherent to the shipping process.

A package will be considered lost only after 30 calendar days have elapsed from the date of shipment without delivery confirmation, and only after the customer has contacted the carrier directly to file a claim. EdwardMakesArt's liability in confirmed loss cases is limited to store credit or replacement at EdwardMakesArt's sole discretion, subject to carrier claim outcomes.


9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES AND RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a package is returned to origin due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to collect from a carrier pickup point, or any other reason attributable to the customer, EdwardMakesArt is not responsible for re-shipment costs. Re-shipment, if offered, will be at the customer's full expense. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages unless EdwardMakesArt determines, in its sole discretion, that the delivery failure was caused exclusively by EdwardMakesArt.


10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS — SHIPPING-RELATED CONDITIONS

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. With respect to shipping specifically:

  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original seals, packaging, and tags intact and unaltered.
  • Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or whose original seal has been broken is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will only be issued after EdwardMakesArt has received and completed a full inspection of the returned item. The inspection period may take up to the maximum time permitted under applicable law from the date of receipt of the returned item.
  • EdwardMakesArt reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated herein.

11. MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCT NATURE DISCLOSURE

Due to high demand, products that were previously crafted on a handmade (artisanal) basis are now manufactured in industrial production facilities. By communicating this transition within these terms and conditions, EdwardMakesArt assumes no liability for claims based on expectations of handmade or artisanal products. The customer, by completing a purchase, expressly accepts this condition and waives any claim arising from expectations of artisanal craftsmanship.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EdwardMakesArt's total liability with respect to any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item to which the claim relates, exclusive of any original shipping costs. EdwardMakesArt is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, non-delivery, or carrier errors.


13. CONSUMER RIGHTS — MANDATORY NOTICE

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to waive, limit, or exclude any rights afforded to consumers under applicable federal or state law that cannot be waived by contract, including but not limited to protections available under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or applicable state consumer protection statutes. Where any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, applicable law shall control.


14. GOVERNING LAW

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which EdwardMakesArt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.


15. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

EdwardMakesArt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the EdwardMakesArt website. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy prior to each purchase.
